Penis Exercise Basics - Getting Started

You’ll also get the maximum amount of blood to the erectile tissue using this technique.
Another girth centered penis exercise is similar and simple as well.
Soak a hand towel in warm water, the water should be as hot as you can stand it. Then, wrap the towel around your penis and testicles and let them stay wrapped in the warm towel for about one minute. If this feels a little painful, it is normal and will pass quickly.
After a minute has passed, unwrap the towel and immerse it in warm water, then wrap it around your penis and testicles again. After one to two minutes your penis should feel loose, indicating that you are ready to proceed with your next exercise. If not, simply repeat the steps again until you are prepared.
Lengthening Exercises
